PRIVACY NOTICE
Clear, limited collection.

What we collect
When you open the diagnostics page, the server receives standard web-request information. We retain a masked IP address, a monthly rotating keyed hash of the address, a pseudonymous cookie identifier, date and time, requested path, referring domain, and country code only when supplied by our trusted hosting network. The diagnostic profile also records the user agent and browser version; operating system, platform and architecture; languages and time-zone settings; screen, available workspace, viewport, scaling and colour depth; browser-reported CPU threads and approximate memory; touch capability; WebGL graphics vendor and renderer; supported media codecs and hardware APIs; connection category, estimated downlink and latency; cookie, storage, PDF-viewer, Do Not Track, data-saver and WebDriver signals.
If you press “Share precise location” and grant the browser permission, we additionally retain latitude, longitude, accuracy radius, permission time, and—when the device supplies them—altitude, altitude accuracy, direction and speed. This precise location is shown on the public page before being saved and is removed under the same retention schedule.
What we do not collect
We do not store your complete IP address, typed content, files, contacts, serial numbers, installed software, private network address, canvas fingerprint, font list, microphone/camera content, or browsing history. Precise location is never requested on page load and is not collected when permission is declined.
Purpose and retention
We use this data to operate the diagnostic display, prevent abuse, understand aggregate device compatibility, and troubleshoot service quality. Visit records are automatically removed after 365 days. Rate-limit data expires sooner.
Cookies and choices
A first-party pseudonymous identifier and a security session cookie are used. You can clear them in your browser. Blocking JavaScript prevents the analytics request, although standard server access logs may still be maintained separately by the hosting provider.
Security and contact
Analytics access is password-protected. Access should be limited to authorized D1 Technology staff. For privacy questions or access/deletion requests, contact D1 Technology through the contact method published on its main business channels.
